  • Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments.
  • Please allow 7 days for processing, we only work Monday- Friday. Refunds may take up-to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately so we can help you. If the order has already been shipped you will have to send the order back to us.
  • We will send the entire order when the item(s) arrives, if the item(s) will be backordered for over 7 days we will contact you.
  • We will gladly take care of return shipping if the order is incorrect, or items are damaged.
  • Email our customer care department for all gift card inquiries.

  • All sale items are final, no returns taken.
  • After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation, if you haven’t received it please check your junk folder. If it is still not there, please contact our customer care department.
  • All orders are shipped within 3 business days, you will receive a shipping confirmation. No shipments are made on weekends.
  • You may be responsible for paying import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. All charges are levied by customs.
  • If an items you want is out of stock, you can ask to be notified once it arrives. Just enter your email in the box provided and we will send you an email when it is in!
