We want you to love your purchase. Eligible full-price items may be returned for a refund within 15 calendar days of delivery. CIEN does not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please request a return and place a new order.
How to Return an Item
Request Your Return
Contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Receive Return Instructions
We’ll confirm your return eligibility and email you the return instructions and CIEN’s Miami return address.
Send Your Item Back
Ship the approved return to CIEN in Miami within 7 calendar days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags attached.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after that period won’t be accepted.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, stains or missing tags aren’t eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to CIEN’s Miami address, which we’ll provide with your return instructions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
